There are seven risk categories, each with a handful of related questions. Questions are designed to flag risk issues without requiring the user to provide a great amount of detail. However, with each answer is an opportunity to provide added comments, whether questions, concerns, or added points of detail. This commentary is not used in the assessment algorithm, but is an accommodation meant for those who plan to use the Assessment Summary as a basis for further evaluation. On completion, you have the option to immediately forward the summary for subsequent review to an advisor who can help you take needed steps.

Intent and privacy. The expertise of SpeedTax's CPA Advisory Board was enlisted to create this questionnaire, with the purpose of developing awareness of the issues that create risk, and initiating positive action to reduce the effort involved in managing and automating sales tax. Ideally, the Questionnaire will facilitate connections between businesses and their CPAs, to together take action to improve processes. The Questionnaire will not be used for marketing purposes.
